Student Loan concerns?

Hello. I'm currently a community college student that is ready to transfer to a University if the Fall of 2009. I'm a New Jersey student that is aspiring to go to William Paterson University. With all of the economic worries, will I be able to get student loans such as Stafford Loans and Signature Loans as well as Private loans such as Sallie Mae or from my bank (Chase) to pay for it? I'm extremely concerned that I will not be able to attend William Paterson University this fall. Thank you in advance for your input and answers as it is greatly appreciated.
