Alaina Goodlye was sleeping in her bed as she sat up to look out her bedside view of the sea. The year is 2500, January 8, and the water was freezing. Alaina walked over to her dresser and pulled out her favorite swimsuit She pulled it over her head and opened her door that connected to the sea. Alaina has a special power. She can talk to the undersea life. She swam out into one of the caves. She swan down one of the tunnels and saw something shimmering in the distance. She swam a little bit closer and saw a man half fish. Alaina swam in the same spot for over two minutes and watched the merman look at her with wide eyes.
