Should I allow my daughter to go on this trip?

I was a straight A student all through grade, middle, and high school. My parents frequently let me go to Paris, Japan, and Ireland, all of which I missed a bit of school for. I missed school for trips to Disney, trips to the badlands, everglades, Canada--but I was able to pull it together and keep school in my focus. Your kid sounds like a pretty capable girl--I say let her do it. Getting a B in math can be a lot of things, maybe she should she understood something in cl but when it was presented on a quiz or a test it didn't connect. Hope I helped!
