Shampoo the dye out of my hair?

ash tones always come out darker then the neutral dark tones which is why it looks blackish. you won't be able to go back to your natural without bleaching (and if you choose to do this go to a pro). you can slightly strip/fade this color but it won't go back to your natural. use a clarifying shampoo. they strip buildup out of the hair and often can strip color out as well. but they can dry the hair if you are using too often so be sure to follow up with a good moisturizing conditioner after to keep they health of your hair good! good lucK!
