Rent Paid Question for Ontario Provincial Income Tax?

My rent is $800 a month. However, I help the superintendent sometimes so I end up actually paying only $400 out of my pocket a month for rent. How much can I claim on my tax return for rent paid when calculating my property tax credit - $800/month or $400/month? Thanks!
