Question on Creating a wrestler on Smackdown vs Raw 2009?

i just had one quick question. when you go to a website called CAW it shows you how to create a wrestler. what i cant figure out is when you look on the pictures for some of them, it shows a bunch of color bloches on them. What is this and how do you do it when your making your caw
