A question about an airsoft AEG?

I do kind of CQB in my backyard, and I need help with an airsoft choice. I can only buy from a local retailer, and this is what I have narrowed it down to. A Pulse R76 ($160). I do not know what the internals are, are they metal? Also, if it does shoot 375, it is way to powerful for 25 feet. I am also looking at a Kalashnikov Tactical AK 47 made by Palco, AKA Firepower, AKA CYbergun. Please let me know your thoughts and why.
