Probation officers dealing with pee shyness?

I was recently put on probation where i found out i was pretty pee shy. I had to take a UA right when after the meeting i had with my probation officer. He brought to the bathroom and stood there waiting for me to go. after a minute or 2 i said i couldn't go so he showed me the water jug and i started chugging water. i went back in but it still didn't happen. After about 3 trips i got a trickle out and he said he would work with that. Are there any probation officers that see this normally? It was extremely embarring and i tried numerous things while trying to go. I tried thinking of waterfalls and just about everything that involved water but it didn't help. Im afraid my random UA is coming up and i really don't want to have to wait nearly and hour just to get a few drops out. I have another year of probation so i would love to solve this problem. Does anyone know some really good tips that helped them in this situation?
