Please help middle school grades?

so im in 7th grade im afraid i might not p im in an ohio school and i had decent grades in 6th never failed before or had to go to summer school but im afraid i might not pas so here are my grades so far 1st semester Math-D+ Science-D Language-F Health-C+ socstudies-B 2nd semester-Math-F Phys Ed-A Language-C reading-B science-D+ socstudies-B+ and right now i have a b in language a C in science a C in math a C in reading and a b in soc studies and im on 3rd quarter so what do i have to do will i fail ?
