Opinions on if this was happening to you (long)?

I've posted questions before about stress. I'm home alone a lot. My husband works 2 jobs, so he's almost never here and when he is, he's pretty much just sleeping. We have 3 small children, 2 have special needs and I have no real help. He's been going to the bar a lot more lately. Saying he's on his way home and then just not answering his phone. He'll tell me he has to be at work at a certain time, and then he really has to be there at another, or he's getting off early and going to the bar or running errands. He was never one to say that he loved me all the time, but now it's more like never. We hardly ever kiss goodbye or goodnight anymore. That's partially due to the kids and their erratic sleep schedules. Don't get me wrong. I love him and he works very hard for us, but what gives? What would you think if your spouse was doing this? Just lying about stupid stuff and going to the bar and ignoring you. He doesn't really help with the kids at all and I just don't know how much more I can take. Should I ask him to go to counseling with me?
