New Yorkers.who filed 2/1-2/10, Have you received your State refund yet?

I filed 2/6. IRS/State accepted on 2/7. Supposedly money was supposed to come 2/20. I have checked WMR on IRS.gov and I have gone to NYStax.gov and it has been saying "received and being processed" for the past 2 1/2 weeks. Has anyone in New York State who filed within those dates gotten their State Refunds yet? I used DD and E-file. I thought it was supposed to come quicker. I guess not.
