Need some ideas for a research paper?

use one or two particular instances drawn from recent history, how the division of ‘self’ and the ‘other’ affects us. You can deal with an international problem or incident (Palestine/ Bosnia/ post-9/11 America), or a national/local incident which you think is relevant.
