Need ideas for a Philadelphia Themed After Prom Party?

I need ideas to convert a main entrance of a high school and a mini-gym into Philadelphia for an after prom. I already have a Rocky cutout, a inflatable boxing ring, but I need other ideas to fill the area. Its a pretty big area so I need lots of ideas to bring this all together!!! Help....Please :)
