Need help with how to put in contacts?

Just went to optometrist today. I couldn't put my contacts in because I kept blinking, and my eyes are small. I know I'll be able to put them in easily after some practice, and lately I've been touching my eye with my finger to get my eye used to contacts. But does anyone have some tips on how to get used to them faster/ easier?
