My puppy's bleeding from his rectum, and vomiting yellow soap,should i be concerned?

i got my puppy about 5 months ago, hes spoiled to death. hes a yorkie cross sheltie. my mom gave him a shower with human shampoo, i guess he ate some of it. and ever since then hes been throwing up, its only been a couple of hours now , hes feeling better, and hes walking, playing, barking again, but he had diareah. and it did have drops of blood on it. should i be concerend, will it heal? is it only because of the shampoo he ate? because, he is throwing up yellow soap. please give me soem adivce, should i be concerend?
