My mom's friend has MRSA EMERGANCY!!!!?

My mom's friend lives in Canada, so my mom doesn't get to see her very often. My mom wants her to come abd stay at our house for a couple of weeks, the only problem is that she contracted MRSA at the hospital where she works. All of the people in my house have normal immune systems, except for my brother, who is on an immuno suppressant. I know it is mainly spread through skin ti skin contact and good hygene can help keep it from spreading, but is it likely that my familly will stay MRSA free if my mom's friend stays with us? If not, how can my mom tell her friend that she cannot stay with us without hurting her feelings?
