My daughter was given bleach at school...?

Well, my daughter was accused of writing on the wall at her school, the school made her clean the bathroom with bleach the janitor gave her, isnt there some sort of law against them giving a 6 year old bleach to clean with? Doesnt that violate some sort of OSHA thing like when your at work and you use chemicals without proper equipment??
