My belly on is doing some strange things?

In the past couple of days, my belly on has been leaking some strange, fowl smelling liquid kind of like puss or almost like blood, but it doesn't seem quite the consistency and color of blood. It really hurts, especially to the touch. My dad is a doctor so I asked him about it and he said I just need to clean it better, but that has never happened before and I think I clean it just fine. It is getting worse. It is also very painful. Anyone know what else this could be? I am really weirded out that this is happening, and this is obviously not normal by any means. I really don't think it's just because I don't clean it well enough.
