I won't talk about the tattoo as the other two answerers have done so very well. What I will tell you is that if you commit a forbidden act knowing that you can repent later, it will NOT be forgiven, because you knew it was wrong and did it anyway. It is the same as saying you'll do bad deeds and say you believe in God when death is a minute away. Hope I didn't sound too harsh, but the truth's the truth.
