Motherboard Rejects my new processor?

Sorry, but the types of technology are non-negotiable specifications for a motherboard. Changing the technology for a motherboard would be like trying to change the socket type for a processor. Its hardware is meant for that type of technology, and I highly doubt it could be changed by upgrading the BIOS. Maybe you could try to return the CPU and tell them it didn't work in your computer or something. Then get a new one with the same technology.
