Medical billing code for a HSG?????????

So Im thinking of getting a HSG done in the next few months and my insuracne wants me to get the billing code for a HSG and they will decide if they are going to cover it. Is every doctors office have the same billing codes??? If so, does anyone know the billing code for the hsg??? Im gonna call and get it from my doctor tomorrow but im just curious now... Thanks :)
