Lymphoma Symptoms Question?

What are some sings of Lymphoma. I have some enlarged lymph nodes in my upper groin area and they are somewhat painful throughout the day. If pressure is applied it does hurt a little bit more. I was just worried that it is Lymphoma. What are some symptoms of this disease?
