Lose 60 pounds in 4 months?

i go to the gym 6 days a week i do a hour on the elliptical, 100 situps and a 30 min brisk walk on the tredmill (2 miles)...for breakfast i eat cantoploupe and for dinner i eat salad with no dressing but im am not losing weight...any suggestions?
