Is it safe to take salvia?

There's this store close to my house and they sell salvia, my friends friend said it gives you a crazy fun trip and it's a sick high, but short and it's safe, is she right? Idk I wanna do it but if ur 14 cab it f*** u up?also I saw in a movie (thirteen) people doing that canned air **** and it looked fun but I googled it and aparantly it can kill u cause it makes ur lungs freeze so idk, I didn't do it just in case, so I wanna do salvia but if I can get all messed up I don't wanna.
