Is it only Imax theaters that have Jonas Brothers 3d concert experience in 3D?

No, it's showing in regular 3d theatres too. It's only showing in imax for a week. Too bad the imax theaters near me aren't showing it :( oh well I'm seeing it and that's all that counts!!
