The Iphone I just asked a question and I am not sure?

what blue screen they are talking about that says app store on the fron screen. I want to be able to find some fun games to enjoy on my iphone but I dont see any screen that says app store. The only blue screen on the front says service and when you go into that it say google, search, msn, yahoo etc but no app store. Pls help
