(imma girl) i shaved my sideburns and now they itch?

well i was soooo annoyed by my sideburn that i waxed them but i ran out of wax lol so i had to shave thm...well it was my first time removing them and now they burn and itch what can i put on or do to stop this itching and burning...thnk :D
