Im spitting out blood. What could it be?

I've been sick for about a week now. It started with a cough. I could not stop coughing for the life of me. It's worse at night. I cough so much that my stomach starts to hurt. I'm spitting out blood sometimes and when I blow my nose theres also blood. Then I got a fever, some nasal decongestion, sore throat and my entire body was aching. I took tylenol, theraflu, nyquil. None of them worked and my sore throat was getting worse. I couldn't eat and it was hard just to drink water. I was gonna go to the doctor but now I'm starting to feel better, Im still coughing and spitting out blood sometimes.. What do you guys think this is??
