In your case i would definately recommend to not read them! Most people write these chain letters only to upset and scare people.You need to allow yourself to accept that because its the honest to goodness truth! It makes no sense whatsoever for karma or the supernatural to be involved in chain letters.This is a man made idea.Dont let your paranoia and fears take you over.
