Im 37 weeks, and have had a nonstop cramp at the very bottom of my stomach all day. Any ideas of what this is?

When I walk it hurts like a cramp, and the bottom of my stomach is really hard. It does not go away and come back it stays....especially when I walk. Hmmmm??? I thought maybe it was his head pressing down?
