Im 15, i hav a girlfriend whos 14. she lives in OH, i live in IN.can she ever come liv with me.?

her mom abuses her. her brother does drugs and everybody in her house smokes except her. she gets harrased at her school.she just wants away from it.she wants to liv with me,what do i do?
