I want to get into undergraduate Georgetown University. I have a low GPA but high SAT score.?

I have somewhere between a 3.2 to a 3.4 GPA. I want to apply to Georgetown University through Early Action. I got a 2100 on the January SAT's and my October 2009 I should hopefully get a 2200. What are my chances? Should I back down because of my low GPA and look at other schools? If so, what other schools are similar to this one?
