I'm looking to lose some weight - any tips? And should I be worried?

Instead of buying fresh veg, buy frozen as it's much cheaper. 600 is a little too low and could stop you from losing weight as your body will go into starvation mode and will hold on to all the food it can get. So up to 1000 and you should see some results. Drink plenty of water as when your body feels hungry, it could actually just be thirsty. Ask your boyfriend to eat before you get there.
