I heard a song its like reggea and it goes sha la la la cud any1 help?

Hey i heard a song its a jamacian/reggea song me and my mom have been trying to figure out but we cant seem to get it. We googled it and everything but it goes like "sha la la la la wel com de ola" or somthing like that. Its kinda like that one song that one song that goes "carres me down".
