I have a very difficult choice to make. I need help?

As some of you may know that the 3 maps from the Halo 3 Mythic map pack will come with Halo Wars Limited Edition. I got in trouble, yesterday. Instead of grounding me, they took my allowance away. So I can't get any more money =(. I have 90 dollars right now. My question is: Should I buy the Halo Wars Limited Edition or buy the regular version of Halo Wars and get GTA 4 Lost & Damned. Halo Wars Limited Edition is about $85. The regular version of Halo wars is $65 and GTA 4 is $20.
