I have a friend who we will call "Gina". She told me shes been coughing up blood, and it makes her chest hurt?

really bad and her stomach. She said shes had it for months now. I told her to go get it checked out but she said "No one else cares, so I stopped caring about it". I told her I cared and that she should get it checked out and she keep saying No. I'm really worried, does anyone know what this could possibly be..?
