I have a 23gal saltwater what do i need to put sponges in it?

i have a 23gal saltwater tank with 4 damsels a maroon clownfish and a reef safe starfish forgot what kind of starfish he is and i want to put live sponges in my tank and what all kinds of starfish are reef safe and safe for anemones
