I had a major anxiety attack earlier today, and I'm still dealing with it?

I had an anxiety attack at school after I took my midterm exam a little while ago and now that I'm home, I am better but I still have anxiety and racing thoughts. I dont want to go anywhere because it would just make my anxiety worse, but I dont want to be alone either. I cant find anything to do to take my mind off it, and I have absolutely no one to talk to. Any suggestions?
