I feel kinda isolated when I'm around my friends...?

First of all it's great that you don't do that stuff. Don't ever start. I know how you feel kinda. Do they talk about it? I so just kinda change the subject. Honestly their ruining their lives and try to help them in any way you can. Sorry I couldn't help more.
