I feel kind of stupid for asking this but I need too....?

AF is 7 days late but my question is for the last two weeks everytime when I blow my nose i have bloody boogers and bloody snot. (sorry tmi) could this be a early pregnancy sign? I did not have this with my first pregnancy.
