How to avoid being left out ?

she might be saying she misses yooh just cuz she lost her old bff. tell her that u will continue to be frends wit ur new bff and if u find a reason to "watch ur back" with ur new bff(her ex bff), then u will do sumthing about it but u wont stop being frends with her just cuz she says so
