How does the episcopal church acknowledge ash wednesday?

with ash wednesday approaching,I was wondering what the episcopal church does with ash wednesday. while researching I saw that its celebrated(day of obligation i've heard) for western christianity,but I couldn't find the Episcopal church in that list. I found Catholicism and protestantism.
