How do I get my nose to stop tickling? I have a cold.?

My nose isn't congested, it is rather runny actually. But it seems like every five seconds my nose tickles and it starts making my eyes water. Most of the time I do not sneeze when my nose tickles. Is there something that I could do to soothe this? Oh and I'm pregnant so I'm not looking for any medications. Just a remedy to soothe...
