How can i get rid of......?

my acne in a month??? Does red wine viniger help?? i have pretty bad acne and im goin on a chior trip to grand junction in a month or so and were going swimming and i really dont want to be embarrised or with low self esteem. what can help me????? im useing acne free severe system and its kind of helping but plzz plzz????
