How can i exercise my to shape it into a big, juicy, round ***?

how can i do this without having a genetic disposition for it and without eating fat consumed foods, like double cheeseburgers? i'm tired of a flat *** because it makes me look so unproportionate. i can be wearing a killer outfit but i feel too top heavy. i know genetics has alot to do with it, but how can i cheat mother nature without going under the knife?
