Home flip! Laundry in kitchen or in basement?

Which is the bigger benefit for renovating house from a profit/selling standpoint? Currently washer and dryer are located in kitchen on main floor and there is no where else to relocate them except for the basement. It is possible to frame in a small utility room down there. Do I want to keep the washer/dryer in my kitchen and on the main floor, or do I want to move them to basement, with the drawback that they aren't on main floor but have more kitchen space?
