Hi! Bintan or Bali or any other nice place? pls help! :)?

hi again! my friends and i, a total of 5 people, are thinking of going overseas to either Bintan or Bali sometime in March or April! Which place would u guys recommend and why? it would be great if u guys cold place some links to some websites?! thanks again! :)
