Help with high school cl?

ok i have this gay japanese cl and i failed it last semester cause i did not do crap im trying to get my grades up so i talked to my councilor at school se if he could switch me out and he wont let me. i honestly dont have the knoledge for that cl and the teacher gets pissed off at me cause i dont understand what shes saying and she picks on me all the time i really need to get out of that cl!!! or im going to fail and i cant fail anymore cles what should i do in your opinion the councilor said talk to the teacher but if i tell her i wanna switch out she will get so pissed i know cause i have seen people switch out
