Help with 12 year old and compture usage?

i amm having a disagreement with my husband our 12 yr old daughter uses the computer and i think that she should be monitored and if she goes on my space and other things like that she needs to share her pword with us espaecially that she has set up thingd=s without us knowing i let him take care of the computer rules (none in his guidlines) shes 12 she says shes 15 and i stumbled across some utube videos that she put on from her camera she puts lots of make up on and kisses and does her hair to look well bring on trouble if u ask me and the things she has been watching are filled with talk about drugs and bad word usaged refering to and a lot of emo stuff but older emo stuff am i over exaggeragting that i dont think its appropiate for her to have free access to the internet and chat at at all hours of the night? please smeone let me now that i am not just a mean person
