Help! Hamster crisis! What should I do?

I have an ADORABLE hamster. A russian dwarf. today, when I checked on her, she was bleeding on her nose, mouth, and eye. I dabbed at the blood with a tissue, but it wouldn't stop! What should I do? What do you think happened? I have never dropped her, poked her, or even picked her up.
